For being an upscale steakhouse this place was a little embarrassing. The food was at best mediocre. We ordered filet mignon and were served something that looked like sirloin for $35. We were told that the cooks butterflied the steak and that is why it looked like that. Burgers were dry, fish had no flavor. I remember the food there being good back in 2015 or so. The only good dish we were served was the lobster bisque. The prices were high to be expected with a nice steakhouse with 99 / Applebee's kinda feel/ taste. We also waited 1hr for our main course.

Their flagship 16 oz Boneless Rib Eye with mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus is one of the best values in western Mass. The 350 is the only place to get Beef Wellington in the area, and it is a fine Beef Wellington. Their “specials” are always imaginative and outstanding, both seafood & “turf” selections; their Roast Rack of Lamb is always tender, flavorful and juicy, one of my favorites.

The food was delicious. The service was so slow. We got seated at 6 and didn't get a drink until 6:30. The waitress was very nice I think she had to many tables to wait on. Anyway, if you're not in a rush, I think it's not bad.
